You can order in advance by simply selecting your preferred delivery date at checkout for hampers being delivered within 30km of Perth for just $14.95
Delivery Information
SAME DAY GIFT HAMPER DELIVERY PERTH
Same day delivery is available within 30km of Perth CBD. Orders must be placed before 11am AWST on the required delivery date.
EXPRESS POST for orders is $14.95 and takes approximately 1-3 days depending on location:
Express Post is not overnight to regional areas but does offer a quicker service.
DELIVERY TIMES
Same day delivery Perth - deliveries made between 11.30 - 6pm Mon - Fri
Sydney - 1 to 3 days
Melbourne - 1 to 3 days
Brisbane 2 to 4 days
Adelaide - 1 to 3 days
Canberra - 1 to 3 days
Darwin - 2 - 3 days
Regional locations may take a little longer to reach however gifts being sent express usually take no longer than 4 days to arrive.
DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS
We do delivery to hospitals, however prior to placing your order please ensure the recipient will still be there to receive the delivery. Please also note the ward, room and bed number if possible.

CONDITIONS APPLY
We do our best to have your gifts delivered to you ASAP and within the specified time frame, however we ask that you understand that due to unforeseen circumstances (like wild weather or road disruptions that may hold up our couriers) we can not always guarantee overnight delivery.
CAN I WRITE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
Absolutely. A card will be placed inside your gift with your personalised message. Please write your message in the CART during the checkout. All cards are handwritten in our very best handwriting by our lovely team.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
When placing your order, you are giving us the authority to leave your hamper in a safe place should the recipient not be home. Please contact us within 30 minutes of the order being placed for any special requests.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.
RETURNS
All our hamper items are carefully secured in sturdy packaging, and we take pride in ensuring your gift arrives in pristine condition. If an item arrives damaged, please email hello@avenuehampers.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage.
If the problem with the item is our fault, or that of our courier, will do everything we can to rectify the problem, such as sending a replacement at our cost, or offering a refund.
If we deem the product to be damaged, faulty or the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return courier. If the hamper is returned for any other reason, such as an incorrectly provided address or if there is insufficient evidence suggesting Avenue Hampers are at fault, there will be a $14.95 re-delivery fee.
All refunds for orders will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Cancellation or alteration of your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise the item originally ordered will be sent and no refund offered.
OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.
Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipent and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!
If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipent, a re-delivery fee ($14.95) may be charged.

If your gift hamper is retunred to us as it was unable to be delivered, we will contact you and a re- delivery fee may be charged. We promise we will do all we can to deliver on the first attempt to avoid this.
If the hamper is sent with Australia post (all hampers going out with 25km of Perth CBD) and retunred to sender we are charged a return to sender fee which we will pass on to you and also charge a re delivery fee $15.95
