📦 Avenue Hampers – Delivery & Dispatch Information

⏰ Order cut-off: Place your order before 2pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day, excluding plubic holidays

🌆 Same-day delivery (Perth metro): Available for addresses within 35km of Perth CBD when you order before 2pm (Mon–Fri) - please note deliveries take place between 11am-5.30pm we are unable to select a delivery time. If there is a time request please let us know we will do our best. 

🏡 Regional deliveries (please note) this includes all non-metro post codes within WA outside of 35km of perth CBD: May take 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

🌆 Aus wide deliveries- Sent via StarTrack Next Business Day service. Most metro postcodes usually arrive the next business day if ordered before 2pm (please note this is not guaranteed).

⚠️ Delays: Most hampers arrive right on time, but occasionally, couriers may experience delays outside of our control. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

đź“… Weekend orders: Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

🚚 Delivery requests: While exact dates can’t be guaranteed unless within 35km of Perth CBD , we’ll do everything we can to get your hamper to arrive as close as possible to your requested date. 

🔔 Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your hamper leaves us.

📬 If no one is home: If there’s no safe place to leave the hamper (e.g. apartment buildings or locked gates), it will be taken to the nearest Post Office if sent with star track or returned to our Wearhouse in Balcatta if sent with local hand delivery courier for collection. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

🏥 Hospital Deliveries

We’re happy to deliver hampers to hospitals. Please note that if a patient has been discharged before the hamper arrives, or if the ward is unable to accept deliveries, the hamper may be returned to us for re-delivery. A receiver fee will be charged to deliver again. 

To avoid delays, please include the patient’s full name, phone number, ward/room number, and hospital address when placing your order. We also recommend checking how long they are expected to stay in hospital and keeping our delivery timeframes in mind.

  • Please note: 

    We know how special it is to have your gift arrive right on time, and we work closely with our couriers to make that happen. While we always do our very best, sometimes unexpected things happen that can cause delays that are out of our hands. Please know we’ll do everything we can to help get your hamper delivered as quickly as possible.

    To keep things running smoothly, please double-check the delivery details before placing your order. If a parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or being undeliverable, re-delivery fees will apply.

 

Delivery Information

When will my gift arrive?

If your delivery postcode qualified for our hand delivery service: We’ll notify you via email once your gift has been picked up (on the date you’ve selected) and again when it has been delivered.

If your delivery postcode qualified for national delivery. We are unable to set a delivery date, however we will do our best to get your order to its final destination as quickly as possible. All gifts are sent via with star track and take 1-3 days.

What if I make a mistake?

No worries! Just reply to this confirmation email with the changes you need to make, and a member of our team will get in touch with you ASAP! As long as you contact us before the gift leaves our warehouse, we WILL be able to get it fixed up for you. Be quick though, because our team works at lightning speed to get things out the door ASAP! If your hampers has left us with the wrong delivery address we will do our best to fix this for you right away, please note if it has been sent with star track the hamper will need to be retunred to us and re delivered. There will be a cost for the hamper to be delivered to us and for the hamper to be redelivered to correct address. Please check your order confirmation to ensure we have the correct information.

What if the recipient is not home when the hamper arrives?

If you have provided the recipients phone number we will try to contact them ask there where we can leave the hamper. If they don't answer we will do our best to find a safe place and send you a photo. If no safe place to leave or we cant access the building, we will leave a card for the hamper to be collected from us or arrange a redelivery which is $14.95. Once the hamper has been left at the door it is not our responsibility. If it a very hot day in Perth ice packs will be added to our Perth hamper deliveries.

Yes you can! You will be given this option at check out if your delivery address is within our hand delivery service 30km of Perth CBD. This serivice is $14.95

Yes we deliver Austraila wide. Orders sent outside WA are sent via EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO METRO Location - MONDAY TO FRIDAY and take approximately 1-3 days depending on location. Shipping fee is $19.95

Yes you will be sent this to your email address and it will be sent to your mobile number provided at check out.
