This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website or purchasing our products. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations and it is important that we both know where we stand. When you visit this website or purchase our products, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase from us.
All products and services advertised on this website are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Our Hampers
We offer a range of premium gifts packaged in elegant hampers, delivered to your door. Our hampers last longer than flowers and include food, wine, champagne and giftware for that special occasion, or just because. We invest months of research in personally choosing quality products to delight your recipients. Perfect for corporate gifts, our hampers are 95% Australian made. Even the gift box is locally made in Perth!
We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however, mistakes can happen. Where there is a misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error. Images of our hampers are provided for illustration purposes only. Due to differences in the way that monitors display colour, we cannot guarantee that the images you see will exactly match what you receive, or images may not portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Important Information
ALCOHOL
Gift hampers (including and especially gift hampers containing alcohol) may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge you are over 18 years of age, and you guarantee that the recipient of any gift hamper containing alcohol that you purchase is also over the age of 18. It is a legal requirement that both the person placing the order and the person receiving the delivery are over the age of 18.
SALE OF ALCOHOL IN GIFT HAMPERS
- the gift must be delivered between 7am and 7pm;
- the person to whom the gift is delivered must be at least 18 years of age;
- the quantity of the liquor sold or supplied cannot be more than two litres;
- the business of the vendor or supplier must be genuinely marketed as a service for the sale and delivery of gifts;
- the gift must be packaged so that the person to whom it is delivered would be likely to know that it was intended as a gift;
- the vendor or supplier must have purchased the liquor from the holder of a Hotel or Liquor Store licence;
- the value of the liquor and its container cannot be more than half of the purchase price of the gift.
- The value of the liquor and its container is based on the cost of buying that liquor from a liquor store or hotel licence
CHOCOLATE AND HEAT
During the warmer months, we use ice packs to help ensure that the chocolate in your hamper doesn’t melt. We will not ship chocolate if the hamper will spend more than 2 days in transit, as we want the hamper to arrive in premium condition. Customers outside of Perth CBD and Perth Metro areas will be notified and an alternate product may be suggested.
NUT ALLERGIES
As we do not manufacture our products, we cannot guarantee an item will not contain traces of nuts. All ingredient information is clearly listed on the packages, as per Australian Standards.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via Visa or Mastercard using Stripe, and by PayPal and Afterpay. We do not collect or keep your credit card details.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
For standard postage the price is included in the hamper cost. For non-standard, such as same day postage requests, there will be additional charges (see ‘Delivery Charges and Times’ below).
To ensure a seamless experience, it is important that you provide us with true and accurate information when registering as a user on our website or placing an order. We reserve the right not to serve you if you do not comply with this condition.
Delivery Charges and Times
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard shipping (2-4 days) is FREE and is included in the price of all pre-designed gift hampers.
Express shipping (1-3 days) is an additional $14.95 per hamper
Same day delivery is ONLY available for orders placed before 11am. The delivery address must be within 25kms of the Perth CBD).
For Free Standard Shipping in Perth Metro – please allow 1-3 business days

DELIVERY TIMES
We understand how important it is for the hamper you order to be delivered to the recipient in a timely manner and do all in our power to ensure it arrives in perfect condition when you expect it. We will do our best to accommodate requests when specified. However, we can’t always guarantee that Australia post or our couriers will cooperate. Sometimes orders can arrive sooner than expected or are held up in transit due to unforeseen events. That is why we provide you with tracking information on every purchase, so that you know what is going on every step of the way.
Hampers sent via Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the gift, a notification card will be left and the gift will be returned to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection by the recipient. If this happens, it is your responsibility to check the tracking and ensure the recipient is aware of the need to collect their hamper.
If you require same-day express delivery by courier, we will make arrangements with you to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. We will not leave hampers at their destinations without being accepted unless alternate arrangements have been made and we prefer that all hampers are signed for upon delivery. If this is not possible and you direct us to allow your hamper to be left without being signed for, this is entirely at your own risk.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Saturdays by arrangement), excluding public holidays. Couriers do not pick up parcels during the weekend or on public holidays so even express orders received during this time will be picked up for delivery on the next working day. While we accept orders from customers all over the world, we only deliver within Australia.
Your hamper is coming from Perth, so please factor that in when calculating delivery times. We also advise ordering early during busy times such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, as Australia Post and courier deliveries take longer during these times. Gifts sent to country or rural areas may be carded for pickup from the nearest Australia Post outlet – this may also cause delays in your recipient receiving their gift.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Australia Post has recommended sending dates for Standard Shipping & Express Post for Christmas delivery. Based on their recommendations, orders must be placed by the following dates for delivery by Christmas.
Perth Metro and surrounds – TBC FOR 2024
Rest of Australia – TBC FOR 2024
Please consider making your purchases as early as possible as any unexpected delays caused by Australia Post could result in parcels not arriving by Christmas.
DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS
If you are having a hamper delivered to a recipient in hospital, please ensure they will still be there on the day of delivery. We will need you to provide the ward and room number. If the hamper cannot be delivered, the return of the hamper to our depot will incur a redelivery charge of $14.95.
TRACKING AND CUSTOMER DETAILS
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide us with the correct contact name, phone number and email for the recipient. This will be used to assist us with delivery only, and will not be shared or used on any database. An SMS will be sent to you with tracking info so you can see when the parcel has or is about to be delivered, if it has been signed for or a picture of a safe place it is left.
Incorrectly addressed items will incur a ‘return to sender’ fee ($14.95) in addition to a re-delivery fee allowing them to be sent to the correct address ($14.95).
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address and telephone contact. We take due care to store this information safely. However, in providing us with this information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission, virus or malware.
For all orders placed through our website that are being sent via courier will receive an email with tracking information once your hamper has been dispatched.
