Meet the Team Behind Avenue Hampers
We’re the team behind Avenue Hampers, a Perth-based gift hamper business creating beautiful, thoughtful gifts for birthdays, celebrations, corporate gifting, settlement gifts and special moments.
From our Perth warehouse, our team carefully packs and sends gift hampers across Perth and Australia, with a focus on beautiful presentation, quality products and making gifting feel easy.
How it started
Avenue Hampers was born in the avenues of Perth’s Inglewood suburb and was originally founded by Leonie Forrest in 2018.
In May 2021, Avenue Hampers was acquired by Amy and Liza, who were already experienced in the gifting industry as the co-founders of Little Shop of Happiness.
Since then, Avenue Hampers has continued to grow, creating beautifully presented gift hampers for individuals, businesses and corporate clients across Perth and Australia.
Our goal is simple: to make gifting easy while creating thoughtful gifts that make people feel genuinely appreciated.
Avenue Hampers Today
Avenue Hampers is much more than just Amy and Liza. We’re incredibly proud of the wonderful team behind both Avenue Hampers and Little Shop of Happiness. who help bring every order to life.
Amy P, our Operations Manager, helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Leesa, Esther, Caz and Shanelle are part of our amazing packing team, carefully preparing hampers and making sure every gift looks beautiful before it leaves us.
Jaz and Audrey bring our marketing and creative ideas to life, while Emily and Codie are part of our customer service team, helping our customers with orders, gifting questions and everything in between.
Jorja and Eva support stock and dispatch, helping make sure products are ready and our hampers get out the door as smoothly as possible.
Every person in our team plays an important part in what we do, and we genuinely couldn’t create the Avenue Hampers experience without them.
Meet Amy..
Originally from England, I spent nine wonderful years living in Melbourne before moving to Perth in 2015, which is now very much home.
I’m a proud mum to Evan and Sia, along with our much-loved dog, Denis.
I’ve always had a passion for health, wellness and feeling good, but I’m also a big believer in balance. I love good food, travel, beautiful spaces, creativity and finding ways to make everyday life feel a little more special.
My head is nearly always full of ideas — whether it’s something new for the business, a family adventure or another creative project I’ve convinced myself I need to start.
At the heart of everything for me is family, connection, creativity and enjoying the small moments along the way.
MEET LIZA..
Originally from Scotland, I came to Australia in 2006 with my high school sweetheart, Shaun, and Australia very quickly became home.
Shaun and I are now married with three kids, Oliver, Grace and Charlie, plus our much-loved pup, Rosie.
Outside of work, I love the beach, travel, podcasts, health and wellness, and planning our next family adventure. I’m naturally creative, love dreaming big and usually have a new idea or project on the go.
Gratitude is a huge part of how I try to live. I want my kids to grow up appreciating the little things, finding what lights them up and having the confidence to dream big.
Family, travel, wellness, creativity and creating a happy life full of meaningful moments are the things that matter most to me.
