CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.

RETURNS

All our hamper items are carefully secured in sturdy packaging, and we take pride in ensuring your gift arrives in pristine condition. If an item arrives damaged, please email hello@avenuehampers.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage.

If the problem with the item is our fault, or that of our courier, will do everything we can to rectify the problem, such as sending a replacement at our cost, or offering a refund.

If we deem the product to be damaged, faulty or the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return courier. If the hamper is returned for any other reason, such as an incorrectly provided address or if there is insufficient evidence suggesting Avenue Hampers are not at fault, there will be a $17.95 re-delivery fee.

All refunds for orders will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Cancellation or alteration of your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise the item originally ordered will be sent and no refund will be offered.

OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value

Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipient and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!
If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipient, a re-delivery fee ($17.95) may be charged.
NOTE: It’s always a good idea to choose a work address for the recipient. For further information refer to our Terms and Conditions or call one of our friendly team members on 1300 32 32 47

If your gift hamper is returned to us as it was unable to be delivered, we will contact you and a re- delivery fee may be charged. We promise we will do all we can to deliver on the first attempt to avoid this.

If the hamper is sent with Australia post (all hampers going out with 25km of Perth CBD) and returned  to sender we are charged a return to sender fee which we will pass on to you and also charge a re delivery fee $17.95 

If the hamper is left in a safe place and the hamper goes missing this is not Avenue Hampers Fault we will not issue a refund. Please contact us and we can discuss. 

On very hot days in Perth, ice packs may be added to local hamper deliveries if the hamper includes chocolate. Please note that not all hampers will include an ice pack. If we believe the chocolate may be at risk of melting, it may be substituted with a suitable alternative.

Delivery Information

When will my gift hamper arrive?

If your delivery postcode qualifies for our Perth same-day delivery service, you'll receive an email once your gift hamper has been picked up for delivery and another confirmation once it has been delivered.

For Australia-wide hamper deliveries, all orders are sent via StarTrack Express. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, most metropolitan areas typically receive their gift hamper within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery to regional and remote locations may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow your hamper's journey.

What if I make a mistake with my order?

Simply reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the changes you'd like to make, and our team will do everything we can to help.

If your hamper has not yet left our Perth warehouse, we can usually update your delivery address, gift message or recipient details at no extra charge.

For Perth same-day hand deliveries (within approximately 35km of Perth CBD), we can make changes right up until your hamper leaves our warehouse with one of our delivery drivers. Once your hamper is out for delivery, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address or delivery instructions.

For Australia-wide deliveries sent via StarTrack Express, we can only make changes before your hamper has been dispatched. Once your hamper has left our warehouse and is with StarTrack, the delivery is outside of our control. If the delivery address is incorrect, we may be unable to redirect the parcel. In some cases, the hamper will need to be returned to our warehouse before it can be resent to the correct address, with additional courier and redelivery charges applying.

To avoid delays, extra costs and disappointment, please check your order confirmation carefully and ensure all delivery details are correct before your hamper is dispatched.

Same-day Perth delivery: From $17.95.

Order before 2pm AWST for same-day dispatch on Australia-wide orders. Most metro locations typically receive their hamper the next business day after dispatch via StarTrack Express (delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed).

Can I select a delivery date?

Yes. If your gift hamper is being delivered within approximately 35km of Perth CBD using our Perth hand delivery service, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout, and we'll deliver your hamper on that date we are unble to select a delivery time.

For Australia-wide deliveries outside our Perth hand delivery area, you can request a preferred delivery date at checkout. We will dispatch your hamper to arrive as close as possible to your requested date; however, this is a request only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your hamper has been dispatched with StarTrack Express, delivery is managed by the courier and is outside of our control.

If your gift is for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or celebration, we recommend ordering a little earlier to allow for any unexpected courier delays, especially during busy periods or public holidays.

Yes! We deliver our premium gift hampers Australia-wide, making it easy to send thoughtful gifts to family, friends, clients and colleagues no matter where they are.

Orders placed before 2pm AWST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day from our Perth warehouse via StarTrack Express. Most metropolitan locations typically receive their hamper the next business day after dispatch, while regional and remote areas generally take 1–3 business days or longer depending on the destination.

If your recipient is located within approximately 35km of Perth CBD, they may also be eligible for our same-day Perth hand delivery service when you order before 2pm AWST, Monday to Friday.

Once your hamper has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your gift every step of the way.

Yes you will be sent this to your email address and it will be sent to your mobile number provided at check out.
