Refund and Returns Policy
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.
All our hamper items are carefully secured in sturdy packaging, and we take pride in ensuring your gift arrives in pristine condition. If an item arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage.
If the problem with the item is our fault, or that of our courier, will do everything we can to rectify the problem, such as sending a replacement at our cost, or offering a refund.
If we deem the product to be damaged, faulty or the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return courier. If the hamper is returned for any other reason, such as an incorrectly provided address or if there is insufficient evidence suggesting Avenue Hampers are at fault, there will be a $14.95 re-delivery fee.
All refunds for orders will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Cancellation or alteration of your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise the item originally ordered will be sent.
OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.

This information is provided solely for your entertainment and is not a recommendation that any particular product is right for your situation. Please conduct your own research and make an informed decision before choosing to purchase a hamper from us.
From time to time we may display 3rd party advertising on our website. We have no responsibility for or control over the content of this advertising. Any transaction entered into with a third party advertiser is entirely at your own risk and under their terms of service. We are not a party to that relationship and have no responsibility for the transaction.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Avenue Hampers is located in Perth. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Western Australia.
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Avenue Hampers agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us.
