What if the person is not at home or at work to receive their gift?
Our delivery drivers use their discretion when leaving hampers. If they deem it to be unsafe, if the hamper contains chocolate and may melt, Please leave phone number of recipient and we can call them if there is not a safe place to leave hamper!
If gift hamper is unable to be left due to security gates or no safe place or no answer from the recipent, a re-delivery fee ($14.95) may be charged.
NOTE: It’s always a good idea to choose a work address for the recipient.

If your gift hamper is returned to us as it was unable to be delivered, we will contact you and a re- delivery fee may be charged. We promise we will do all we can to deliver on the first attempt to avoid this.
If the hamper is sent with Australia post (all hampers going out with 30km of Perth CBD) and returned to sender we are charged a return to sender fee which we will pass on to you and also charge a re delivery fee $14.95
